This Charleston-made oval ornament honors the third longest cable-stayed bridge in the Western Hemisphere. The Arthur Ravenel, Jr. Bridge, also known as the Ravenel or Copper River Bridge, opened on July 16, 2005, and replaced the John P. Grace Memorial Bridge (opened in 1929) and Silas N. Pearman Bridge (opened in 1966).
